I went to Tremont in the Smokies early on a Sunday morning in early May and found one of my favorite spots to photograph. At this time of year the foliage has an extra green glow and the streams are flowing strong with water. This spot typically is not crowded with people so it is a peaceful place to photograph and to relax. There are some large boulders down along the creek which you can get down to which allows one to create a number of compositions. In this photograph I was able to capture the spring blossoms from the trees, the moss, and the abundant water as it flows over the rocks.
