Description
This is a photo of Yei Bi Chei and the Totem Pole at sunrise in Monument Valley. To get to the location requires hiring a Navajo Indian guide since this is on privately owned lands. We got to the spot just at dawn and the skies did not look too promising. But just at sunrise the glorious colors broke through providing a wonderful backdrop for the silhouetted monuments. ISO 100, F/25, 1/13th second exposure, focal point (50 mm.).
