First Light At The New Meadows River

I did not plan to take this picture. Indeed, I woke up early in our rented cabin on the river and peered out the window. The sky was ablaze and I knew I had to get this shot. The spectacle lasted for a few minutes, the sun rose, and color in the sky and water began to wane.
