Tufted Titmouse Perched In A Pear Tree.
This was taken in my yard and is where I take quite a few of my pictures.
When the trees start blooming in the spring I like to set up bird feeders near them to help attract the birds to them. When picking a location to wait for perching birds I try to make sure the sun is behind me and my shadow is pointed the direction I want to shoot. I have also found it helpful to stand on a ladder to help with getting eye to eye with the birds. f/7.1 - ISO 400 - 1/2500sec were my setting for this shot. I hope you enjoy.
