During some recent downtime, I decided to take a look back at some images taken while on past photo-shoots. A few shots caught my eye, including this one photographed at Mono Lake. I have recently been making an effort to shoot in vertical format, as I find this technique a great way to practice seeing interesting scene balance, within the camera's viewfinder. This particular scene reminded me of how much I appreciate this area for so many reasons. In this case, I remember how much I enjoy the quiet and stillness I have felt, during calm conditions, in this otherwordly and favorite location.
