Elowah Falls is one of the most popular waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge and certainly one you must see during your visit to the area. This image was taken in the spring when the water flow is stronger than normal. Getting along McCord Creek to study the different compositions that are available, one can spend an entire day lost in thought. I wanted to move to a spot in the middle of the creek on top of some rocks but the water flow was high enough where this looked to be too risky. I took this along the banks which provided a nice head on view of the main falls in the background along with a few falls in the creek.
