Description
While the mature adult American Bald Eagle in my previous gallery submission was struggling to find a meal, this immature plucked a herring from the edge of the transition point from ice to water at the reservoir. Small as it may be, anything at this time of the year is welcomed, and the immature takes no time to partake in the tasty morsel.
