Woodstock, IL October 13, 2008 Hahnemuhle USA is pleased to announce that they will once again be exhibiting at PhotoPlus Expo from October 23 through 25th 2008 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
Highlighting the graphics at Hahnemuhle booth 1604 this year will be breathtaking inkjet reproductions of famous works from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. They have been reproduced with the endorsement of the museum's Digital Image Resources Department on Hahnemuhle FineArt paper and canvas media. The classic subject matter was chosen to dramatically demonstrate the extraordinary image quality and fidelity of these new products.
"This year's booth promises to be our best, most interactive yet." Says Martin Kerver, President of Hahnemuhle USA. "In addition to all our latest products, we'll be introducing and demonstrating some new, really exciting innovations. We'll also be offering great show specials and, in addition to the museum classics, we'll be featuring the work of noted photographers including Parish Kohanim."
Parish Kohanim has been involved in photography for more than 25 years and was named one of Canon's elite "Explorers of Light," a prestigious honor held by only a handful of the world's finest photographers.
"I have printed on many different brands of paper," says Parish, "but when I saw my very first print on Hahnemuhle, I was amazed by the fullness of the tonal range as well as the great highlight and shadow detail. The prints seemed to have this amazing 'photographic' quality about them."
"My B&W prints on Hahnemuhle papers have a beautiful luminosity with rich, velvety blacks and perfect grey-scale neutrality, while the color reproduction is extremely rich and precise. The prints look so brilliant and crisp that Hahnemuhle has become my first choice in inkjet media!"
The following new additions to the Hahnemuhle Digital FineArt Collection will be exhibited this year: Photo Rag® Baryta; Photo Rag® Ultra Smooth; Daguerre Canvas and Monet Canvas. These exceptional new products have been developed to meet the growing requirements of high-end digital artists and photographers.
