This image is my attempt to capture a new look of iconic "Watchman" mountain of Zion NP. I spent the second morning of the trip to scout the area nearby Zion's historical museum and found this spot for sunset shooting. Since the spot is not really special as compared to other places in Zion, I crossed my fingers to have interesting clouds and lights to get good pictures. I went back to the spot in the evening and waited for the sun going down. The sunset was actually dull so I did not take any pictures. Just right after I left the spot, the sky turned to be colorful quickly . I ran like crazy back to the spot and try to capture the last lights of the day. The best clouds just happened less than five minutes. I used long exposure to get more colors and movement of the clouds.
