An autumn storm spreads color in the sky to match the view in the field below. Gold creeps into the aspens and cottonwoods among the green grass. One of those magic moments on my recent fall trip. I was as prepared as one can ever be for random rainbows and photographed this beautiful scene in the short time it existed. Maybe that's what draws me to photography so much, the ability to hold time still in my art, and remember those moments of awe no matter how short they were. Viewing this brings out all the emotions I felt when there and is what drives me to do it over and over.
