The photo was taken last September during a week long visit to Yellowstone. I entered the park before dawn and stopped along Madison River to take some photos of the fishermen in the mist along the river. After, just as the sun had risen I headed towards Tangled Creek in the Upper basin, and parking in a pullin, ventured into the dead lodge pines along Tangled Creek. Mist was rising from the stream as the cold air warmed in the early morning sun.
