It was taken in the Eastern Sierra Nevada at an area called "Hot Creek". It's close to the Mammoth Lakes. It was a really cold winter morning in February 2016 and I was totally alone to enjoy the wonderful landscape. The snow covered mountain range was a joy to look at. There are hot springs in the valley which make it possible to view hot steam coming out of the ground. It looks like fog but it is hot water steam. Its a really wonderful place. I was in the USA on holiday and this area was one of my "go to's". I was totally satisfied with the experience I made out there.
