I was making my way back to Banff from Jasper National Park and the three hour drive along the Icefields Parkway, connecting the two parks, is one of the most incredible drives I believe ever done. It is also famous for wildlife. About 20 minutes into the drive, there were 5-6 cars pulled off to the side of the road because this Grizzly Bear was feeding on flowers. Next thing your know, there are about 50-75 people trying to get a view alongside the 6-7 photographers that were originally there. Through all the chaos, the bear just minded his business and continued to eat plants and roll around in the grass about 30 feet in front of me. All of a sudden some guy in his car pulls up behind everybody and starts screaming. The bear, finally, turns his head right towards me while feeding and give a little "smile" with the flowers hanging out of the left side of his mouth.
