While looking for Otters, I caught a glimpse of a splash out of the corner of my eye along the shoreline. Mink are challenging to film as they are small, shy animals and usually the siting is fleeting. I believe that my boat was near its favorite crayfish fishing grounds and it didn't seem to be bothered by my presence putting on quite a show darting in an out of the water with crayfish in its mouth likely to feed its kits. This photo was taken as it was looking for more crayfish from a good vantage point and seconds later dove in for more crayfish. Incredible experience with this beautiful animal.
