Hwy 191 parallels several buttes between the town of Jackson and Dubois. The overlooks (Blacktail Ponds, Snake River, etc) are a wonderful place for bird photographers as the tree tops are even with the road.
I woke up at dawn to catch the early birds. As I sat in my blind, about a half dozen cedar waxwings kept flying in and out of the bushes around me, seemingly curious as to what I was doing. This particular bird sat atop of this bush and trilled for over 15 minutes!
